Technical description

The turnkey apartments are built with the following specific technical content:

  • The apartments are heated and cooled with state-of the-art Daikin Altherma heat pumps, through which up to 30-40% savings can be achieved compared to the boiler systems.
  • The ceiling heating/cooling and the floor heating of the tiled rooms can be controlled per room.
  • The apartments have intelligent control with smart phone applications. Through the unit, the cooling/heating, the electric main switch, and the alarm can be controlled remotely, as well.
  • There is a camera surveillance system with centralized supervision in the common areas.
  • Every apartment has an alarm system with infrared sensors and a central LCD keypad per room.
  • The exterior doors and windows are made of energy-efficient, certified, factory-finished wooden material with increased air-tightness, 3-layer glass, and hand-operated, built-in mosquito nets.
  • The entrance doors are MABISZ certified door cases and custom-made door panels with multipoint safety locks.
  • The custom-made interior doors are made of veneered finish without glass, in the colour chosen from the sample collection.
  • For the windows in the living rooms and bedrooms, a local internal shade control is provided with textile blinds as an option.
  • The balconies are covered with WPC; the terraces are covered with exclusive stone slabs embedded in basalt.
  • The tiles can be selected from a sample collection up to gross HUF 10,000 / m2, and the laminate floors (“warm floor covering”) up to gross 15,000 HUF / m2.
  • The sanitary equipment is Villeroy & Boch, Grohe, or Geberit (or similar category).
  • Each bathroom has a built-in shower, a floor drain, and a towel radiator. Each apartment has a separate toilet.
  • The customers have the option to modify the coverings (tiles etc.) and the fittings based on individual accounting.

The technically feasible changes can be made through separate agreements and settlements, which will be finalized and written down during technical consultations. For the apartments purchased for resort purposes, individual deviations are not possible.
